I've spent my entire life in the game - Not just playing it, but living it.

As a two-sport athlete in both high school and college, I learned early what it takes to compete at the highest level—and what it truly means to win.

I walked on to a collegiate volleyball program having never played competitively. Three years later, I was a First Team All-American. That experience taught me something I've carried for over 35 years: the right guidance, at the right time, changes everything.

Since then, I've coached, recruited, and walked alongside athletes and coaches at every level—international, collegiate, high school, and club. Along the way, I’ve been honored with four Hall of Fame inductions.

But the real wins? They've always been the people.

and seasoned coaches burning out under the relentless weight of it all.

That heartbreak became my mission.

Why I Built Live On Fire Coaching

I built Live On Fire Coaching to change the story—for athletes, coaches, and the leaders who hire them.

For athletes and parents, I created Get Recruited: The 30-Day Insider's Playbook—a clear, honest path to college recruitment that doesn't drain your wallet or your sanity.

In addition to recruiting hundreds of athletes, I've also helped numerous athletes find their "right-fit programs," every single one placed successfully.

I know you can do it too when you have the right guidance.

For new and aspiring coaches and the administrators who hire them, I launched Excelerate, a 90-day onboarding and mentorship experience helping coaches start stronger so they will stay longer. Too many talented young coaches move on before they ever hit their stride, and the cost of turnover is staggering in every way.

And for collegiate coaches at every level, I built The College Coaches Collective, a space to regain balance, refuel passion, and remember why you started coaching in the first place with colleagues who know exactly what it's like.
