Judy is the champion maker. For 35 years she has developed great teams by developing great people. Her global impact is evidenced by her induction to four Halls of Fame. Judy’s innate ability to simplify championship concepts and strategies into a practical success framework helps everyday people crush their everyday battles and helps teams achieve next-level success.
Judy is acutely aware in the post-pandemic era, even the most promising young professionals have been left underprepared, making them vulnerable to their “newbieness”. Administrators lack the time and resources to provide adequate support, and the result is an exhausting cycle of costly turnover.
Judy is particularly skilled at delivering effective mentorship solutions to accelerate experience and get results. She helps the rising star start stronger so they will stay longer and lead on fire without burning out.
After three and a half decades of global impact, Judy takes the next bold step in contributing to the making of champions through online, one-to-one, and group coaching. This aligns directly with her greater purpose -- to make a difference in the lives of her clients, and a world-class impact in all she sets her hand to. Judy delivers the same for you or your team, helping you crush the vulnerability of inexperience, create a championship culture, and make a world-class impact.
A lifetime of excellence...
Judy got used to winning early in life and it has followed her all of her life. Her high school basketball and softball teams both won championships. She entered college as a walk-on who had never played volleyball and barely made the team. Just three years later, she was named a First Team All-American and finished with an 82-46 career playing record with three trips to the national tournament. She began her coaching journey as an assistant, helping her alma mater achieve a .845 winning percentage over three seasons, including a 34-3 season, a school record 26-game win streak, three consecutive championship appearances, and one title.
Judy then accepted a head coaching challenge at an NAIA program where she was the fourth coach in five years. She learned quickly that without adequate support, even the most promising young head coaches are sitting ducks to a wide array of adversity. She credits this life season as most significant in her growth as a leader and the driver of her passion for helping success-driven young professionals navigate the "stuff" through which experience is gained.
From there, Judy leveled up to the NCAA DI’s Big West Conference, home to three Top 10 perennial powerhouse programs where she continued to put a stamp on her reputation for performance excellence. She then tackled the head coach position at a private high school in Dallas and led her team the first championship of any girls' sport in the school's history, finishing in the Top 8 in TX! Three of her athletes received All-State honors, including one who like Judy had never played just three years earlier.
