The purpose of the Live On Fire Coaching, LLC (the organization, from here forward referred to as "LOFC") Privacy Policy is to protect the integrity of the mission for which the company has been created and the clients we serve. Protecting the privacy of each of our clients is a matter of the highest priority and a promise we commit to our financial and agency constituents.

LOFC is the owner of all PII that is collected by LOFC on the LOFC website or via our third-party donation processing platform. LOFC may collect PII from users, and customers, and in responses to online surveys and group discussions at several different points on the LOFC website or via our third-party donation processing platform.

LOFC will never sell, trade, or rent PII to other organizations in ways that are different from what is disclosed in this Privacy Statement.

LOFC may use PII to contact the user about LOFC, the goods and services available on the LOFC website, and to provide information about other topics and discussion groups.

LOFC may disclose PII to third parties but only as required by law for legal matters.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We retain your registration indefinitely on our secure server. If we ever see fit to delete any information it will be done through a secure process.
